We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason; refused orders will be refunded by the duty manager at the time of refusal. You have the right to cancel an order up until food preparation is started; depending upon business times this could be as little as a few minutes. Orders can only be cancelled by speaking with the duty manager. Orders cancelled before food preparation is started will be reimbursed using the same method used for payment. Any order cancelled after food preparation has begun will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given.
The purchasing of any alcoholic beverages must be confirmed by a valid ID upon delivery. If you can not provide valid ID, you will still be charged and evacuated from the premises.
